A wellness bathroom is designed to support relaxation, comfort and overall wellbeing. It often includes features such as steam showers, infrared systems, calming lighting and premium materials to create a more spa-like environment at home.
What are the benefits of a wellness shower?
Wellness showers can help you relax, unwind and feel more refreshed as part of your daily routine. Features like steam and infrared heat are often used to support relaxation, ease muscle tension and enhance your overall shower experience.
What is the difference between steam and infrared showers?
Steam showers use warm vapour to create a humid, spa-like environment, while infrared systems provide a gentle, dry heat that warms the body directly. Both offer different wellness benefits, so the best choice depends on your preference and lifestyle.
Can a wellness shower be added to an existing bathroom?
In many cases, yes. Steam showers and infrared systems can often be incorporated into existing bathrooms, depending on the layout and available space. We can advise on the best approach for your home.
Are wellness showers suitable for everyday use?
Yes — both steam and infrared systems are designed to be used regularly as part of your daily routine, with simple controls to tailor the experience to your comfort.

Not necessarily. Many wellness solutions can be designed to fit within standard shower spaces, making them suitable for a wide range of bathroom sizes.
